英语专四语法与词汇对策和模拟练习
在英语专业四级考试中语法与词汇部分是学生认为最容易得分的一项,因此在复习的过程常被忽略。但是这一项其实也是最容易失分的一项。
按照英语专业四级考试大纲的要求,学生应该系统地掌握英语语法,并在实际运用中做到概念清楚,形式正确,具体项目如下:
1.名词:可数及不可数名词;抽象、专有、物质名词的数;'s属格的各种意义;某些以-s结尾的名词的数;集体名词的数。
2.限定词:限定词与三类名词的搭配关系;限定词与限定词的搭配关系;冠词的指类、特指和独指;冠词的习惯用法;some, any和no的用法。
3.代词:不定代词one, someone, anyone及不定人称代词one, they, we, you, he的用物主代词、非人称代词it的用法;反身代词及其他动词并语的用法。
4.动词的时和体:一般现在时、现在进行时、现在完成体;一般过去时,过去进行时,过去完成体,过去完成进行体;将来时,过去将来时等的各种表达方法和用法;情态动词的各种用法;虚拟式、被动语态的用法;不定式和不定式分句,-ing分词和-ing分句,-ed分词和-ed分句的各种用法。
5.从句:定语从句、名词性从句(包括宾语、表语、同位语从句等);状语从句(包括时间、原因、目的、结果、方式、条件、让步等状语从句)。
6.其他:直接引语,间接引语,并列结构,从属结构(包括独立结构、无动词分句、非限定分句和限定分句的转换);形容词和副词的比较级、最高级;介词及介词词组;附加疑问句;存在句;主谓一致;后置、前置与倒装;省略。
以上是语法部分的内容。对于词汇部分我们在平时的学习中要注意辨别词语间细微的语义差别,了解词组的惯用搭配,还要掌握一些重要词组。具体做法如下:
1.在词语的学习过程中,应使用伏旱语言信息的工具书,英英词典或英汉词典。不能使用简单的只有中文释义、信息量小、例句匮乏而没有词组搭配信息的词汇学习材料。
2.在平时的词汇学习中,不仅要给予单个的词语以足够的重视,而且要进一步掌握词语的常用搭配。一定不能忽视词组的学习,要意识到它们是语言的一个极为重要的组成部分。
3.要通过大量的阅读、听力等渠道,增加对英语重要词组的接触和了解。
4.在平时的写作、口语练习过程中,学会有意识地去主动使用所学过的重要英文词组,在使用中能更好更深刻地掌握它们。
5.在平时做词汇题的练习过程中,还应培养对专门考察词组搭配关系考题的敏感度,从而增加做这类题的效率和精确度。
6.词组学习时不能仅满足于中文解释,还应该仔细研读该词组的英文释义,揣摩包含该词组的例句。
以上是语法与词汇部分考生需要注意的几项事情。在考试的过程中,考生还应注意以下几个方面:
1.仔细阅读题干,力争把意思弄清楚。
2.认真发掘题干中的解题信息,切不可对题干的意思在一知半解或想当然的情况下就贸然做出选择。
3.在实际考试过程中,为了便于题干信息的处理,尤其是一些较长题干信息的处理,考生可以对题干信息进行有意识的简化处理。可以通过去掉题干中的细枝末节以留下核心内容的手段来提高题干信息处理的效率和精确性。
4.在审题结束后进行选项挑选时,要在结合题干意思的基础上综合考虑不同选项,做出慎重的符合逻辑的选择。
