一、快速阅读
快速阅读一开始的题目“what is the main topic of this passage?” 很容易让考生误解为标准主旨题而阅读全文来运作，其实，快速阅读，最大的思路就是定位。因此，还是要回到常规运作思路上。而所谓的main topic的破解，并不是一定要读全文的。
随后的题目，最大的特色就是大写字母的出现。对于大写字母的出现，不需要做过多的分析，我们只要按照文章次序寻找相关内容作为解答题目的依据就可以了。
但是，快速阅读的第五题和第七题会发现，获取答案的依据比较模糊，这种情况下，还是应该认真核实文章中相关句子，寻找到一个能够与题目确切吻合的部分，作为解题标准来确定选项。应该说，快速阅读丢分最大的问题就是评判标准不够清晰。
二、仔细阅读
整体来看，仔细阅读并不难。很多题目都可以在文章中找到明确的解答依据。而在这次考试的两篇文章中，第二篇难度在下滑。这一点从一系列题目上可以看出：

What is the view of the 2004 report in journal pediatrics?
Of the dangerous in everyday life, the author thinks that people have most to fear from?
以上这些题目难度很低，而且，题干中特殊定位点也是非常清晰。因此，很容易获取答案。
但是，题目进行中，考生应该会感受到一个很大的问题，就是整个试卷运作的流畅度、正确性与两个最重要的基本能力息息相关。
1.单词。四级的考试通过，从词汇角度是容易的，因为依托中学词汇破解六级是可能的。但是，如果在此基础上，对词汇缺乏系统记忆，进入六级考试，会遇到阅读速度慢，准确度低的困境。究其本质，是考生对词汇的把握不够精准。
2.句子理解。六级相比四级，句子明显加长，长句没有专门的训练，很容易在阅读进行中，为了保证阅读的节奏，会对句子生吞活剥。表现为：第一，对句子的理解不够深入，只停留在表层意义；第二，因为句子意思不够清晰，需要返回阅读，消耗了时间。
因此，面对一份简单的试卷，我们不能得到理想的高分的时候，应该有所思考。而最大的经验，就是要系统学习，尽可能从基本功方面予以提高，这也是现实情况的需要。
