Each year, millions of college students will sit in for the post-graduate entrance examination. More and more students have regarded the pursuing of a master degree as an indispensable part of their education.

What is to account for their enthusiasm(热心) for a post-graduate diploma(毕业证书)? First, it is the demand of the time. In an age of knowledge updating and information explosion, what you have learned in college can hardly meet the demand of society. Talents of high quality who are equipped with the latest knowledge and skill will be need more than ever. That is why many students will further their studies(这是为什么学生选择继续深造).
是什么原因致使他们对研究生毕业证书投入这么大的热情？第一这是时代的需求，在这样一个知识更新和信息爆炸的时代，在大学你所学的已经很难满足社会的需求。现在高质量的人才是配备最新的知识和技能将会比以往更需要，这是为什么学生选择继续深造的原因。
Second, we all recognize that the more education you have, the more likely you are to succeed. Compared with those without a master degree, masters will enjoy more preferential treatment, for example, better salaries, more opportunities for promotion and training(更多的晋升机会和培训). A post-graduate degree can guarantee a more promising career. Last but not least(最后但也是最重要的), with the graduation of a large number of college students, competition for job becomes more and more fierce. One way to gain some advantage over others is to have a higher degree.
第二我们都认识到受到的教育越多，你成功的机会越大。比起那些没有硕士学位的，硕士学位会拥有更多的特殊待遇，例如更多的薪水、获得更高待遇的机会、更多的晋升机会和培训。一个硕士学位会有更有保障的事业。最后但也是最重要的，对于毕业的大量的大学生，工作的竞争越来越激烈。获得一些优势的方式是要有一个比别人更高的学位。
