When it comes to the choice of working in a state-owned business or staying in a joint venture, everyone has his own interpretation. Some people hold that working in a state-owned business is of significance to our life and work, while others maintain that staying in a joint venture is beneficial to our life and work. As for me, I prefer staying in a joint venture to working in a state-owned business.
Staying in a joint venture enables us to enhance the working efficiency and bring our potential into full play. In addition, the more opportunities we own to stay in a joint venture, the more likely we are to hit the targets and achieve the goals, make full use of our precious time and climb the career ladder.
From my perspective, on no account should we underestimate the power of staying in the joint venture. Therefore, it is high time for us to stay in the joint venture after graduation. Only in this way can we make our world more colorful and vigorous.
